Credit reporting agencies & other financial institutions – It is standard industry practice to exchange information with credit reporting agencies and financial institutions to verify the existence and condition of customers’ accounts in order to minimize risk and loss to the bank.  This information will not be exchanged for any other reason without the consent of the customer.

Third party litigants – Federal and state law requires that we provide information to parties involved in litigation upon presentation of a court order.

Vendors – From time to time, Carnegie Mortgage may contract with a vendor to help us provide specific services or products to our customers, or supply additional operational support.  These vendors must agree to treat customer information with confidentiality, and to use the information only for the purposes it was provided to them before we engage in business with them.
